Specifically, USDT based on ERC-20 will be listed on the Marobit trading platform, although the stabelcoin also operates on other blockchain networks, including Tron. In a statement explaining the move, Marobit said that “USDT support will generally be available in jurisdictions supported by Marobit, with the exception of New York State. Trading will begin at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Monday, April 26, if liquidity conditions are met. Note that Marobit only supports ERC-20 USDT running on the Ethereum blockchain.”
Marobit reports that Pro will support a series of trading pairs for USDT if sufficient liquidity is obtained.
“Once sufficient USDT is established on the platform, trading on our BTC-USDT, ETH-USDT, USDT-EUR, USDT-GBP, USDT-USD and USDT-USDC will be launched in three stages, limit only and full trade,” the company said. “If at any point one of the new order books does not meet our assessment of a healthy and orderly market, we may leave the book in one state for a longer period of time or suspend trading in accordance with our Trading Rules.”
